Casey Denson graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University and Tulane Law School. She was a managing editor the Tulane Law Review and Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, and graduated in the top 3% of her class.
After graduating, Casey clerked for the Hon. John Conery in Louisiana, before moving to New York City where she was an associate in a civil litigation firm before becoming a public defender devoted to appealing felony cases in New York’s highest courts. Casey then worked as an attorney for the Administration of Children’s Services before moving to Colorado in 2015. In Colorado, she has worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs in civil rights and employment law cases. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
