Mr. Culver was also named the Constitutional Lawyer of the Year in Colorado.
John A. Culver named Fellow in College of Labor and Employment Lawyers
On June 15, 2016, Mr. Culver learned that the Governors of the College of Labor and Employment Law had elected him a Fellow of the College. This recognition was based on the recommendations of Colorado judges and both plaintiff and defense side employment lawyers. According to the College, “Election as a Fellow represents recognition by your colleagues that you have distinguished yourself as an outstanding professional who has made a sustained contribution to our field and that you meet the standards of integrity, professionalism and character.” At the present time, only six other Colorado plaintiff’s employment lawyers have received this recognition.
